Cementitious tile grout

CRIC Tile Grout is a premium unsanded grout with chemicals, additives and fillers for floors and walls. It is suitable for ceramic, vitrified, terracotta, natural stone and porcelain, for joints up to 3 mm, in a 1 kg pack. Colours include Coffee Brown, Dark Gray, White, Terracotta, Black and Ivory.

It is the straightforward joint filler where the exposure is moderate and the joint is narrow.

Epoxy grout

Epoxy Grout is three-component, high-strength and described as stain-proof. It is documented for bathrooms, pools, kitchens, fountains, factories, hospitals and laboratories. Packs are 1 kg and 5 kg, with a wide shade range.

The mix is less forgiving of ratio errors and of waiting too long to clean the tile face. The benefit is a denser joint in wet or chemically exposed rooms.

A simple selection rule

Use the joint width, the wetting, and the cleaning chemicals as the test. A dry internal floor with a joint up to 3 mm can sit with the unsanded grout. A kitchen, bathroom or pool should be read against the epoxy applications before the grout is chosen.
